HOOPLA is our day camp at CWP for children who have completed K5 through 6th grade. Day Campers will experience much of the same safe Christian atmosphere with the fun and adventure of our typical overnight camps with all the comforts of sleeping at home.
What Happens at HOOPLA?
A typical day at HOOPLA includes adventure rec, sports and games, Bible study, crafts, silly songs, and lake activities--including our water zipline. Adventure rec activities include archery, paintball targets, and rock climbing wall. We also serve lunch and an afternoon snack every day. On Friday, we play a slew of water games, have a picnic lunch, and finish our week with one final afternoon at the lake.
What Should We Bring to HOOPLA?
Campers should wear warm weather play clothes (i.e. shorts & tshirts) and tennis shoes. They should also bring their swimsuit, beach towel, and flip flops for the lake. Flip flops are ONLY worn to and from the lake. Campers MUST wear tennis shoes for all other activities. Campers may want to bring a refillable water bottle.
